The Council launched the book, ‘Cooking the Grenadian Way’ on March 28, 2012, which reflects a collection of local recipes compiled by the Council. The launch was in memory of former Executive Secretary, Mrs. Betty Finlay, who passed away in 2011, to whom the book is dedicated.
